2017-11-10 The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a regular law Olympiad on the occasion of the Constitution Day

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the support of the Ministry of Education and the Executive Power of Sabunchu district organized an Olympiad on “The basics of the Rule of Law State” dedicated to12 November - Constitution Day.

Every year the Law Olympiad is held between schools of the one of districts of the Baku city. This year it was organized at the Sabunchu district of Baku city. The main purpose of the Olympiad organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the support of the Ministry of Education and the Executive Power of Sabunchu district is a development of the legal culture and awareness among young people, a deeper study the basics and the nature of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

There were about one thousand pupils of the tenth and eleventh year, forty-six schools of the Sabunchu district of Baku was represented by 20 persons from each school. Fifty questions, that covered the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were proposed to participants of the Olympiad. Following results of the Olympiad, the secondary school № 192 of the Zabrat settlement won first place, the secondary school № 72 of the Bakihanov settlement won second place, the secondary school № 90 of the Ramana settlement  won third place.
