April War 2016 for the restoration of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan takes place in the history of our country as a brilliant victory of our people and our army. By the order of IlhamAliyev, Commander-in-Chief, the Azerbaijani army recovered a part of our occupied lands from Armenian soldiers, proved to the world that it is ready to recover all our occupied lands for a very short time.  One of the settlements where the sovereignty of our state was restored on was Jojug Marjanli settlement of Jabrayil region. 

Our people, as well as the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were proud of the cleaning of the residential settlement from occupying army. 

On November 24, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan consisting of judge and staffers visited the Jojug Marjanli with the purpose to express its support and concern to the local population.

Before the visit, at the meeting in the Constitutional Court, Chairman Farhad Abdullayev said that by the leadership of Ilham Aliyev, Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was created the modern Azerbaijani army that can implement all assigned task. 

The Chairman especially stressed that he was sure that legal force of the Fundamental Law of the Republic- the Constitution will be restored in all territories of Azerbaijan soon by the leadership of the Head of the State. At the end of the meeting, the message  for the people from Jabrail region, and relevant tasks were given to the representatives of the Constitutional Court visiting Jojug Marjanli settlement.

The staff of the Constitutional Court who visited recovered settlement of Jabrail region first laid flowers at the monument of Heydar Aliyev, the Great Leader, commemorated the memory of the Great Leader in Horadiz city together with the responsible executives of Fuzuli and Jabrail regions. Afterwards, the monument “Memory for April Martyrs” was visited.

Then the meeting was held with the staff and residents of Jojug Marjanli senior secondary school named after Novruz Aslanov.  The guests visited classrooms, subject rooms and talked to teachers and students.

The judge Jeyhun Qarajayev said that they are proud of visiting the recovered lands.  It was noted that Jojug Marjanli which is turned into ruins by the enemy was reconstructed for a short period, became a settlement with good amenities having all infrastructure based on the orders of the President IlhamAliyev. 

Sabina Aliyeva, the Deputy Secretary General said that by our state in the school were created all conditions, the educational center was equipped with all necessary equipment. Then the gifts were presented on behalf of the Constitutional Court.

Zamin Haziyev, the Director of the school expressed his gratitude to the staff of the Constitutional Court for the visit to the settlement, moral support to the residents.

The guests also visited the mosque which is similar to Shusha mosque built in Jojug Marjanli and prayed to the spirit of the martyrs.

Alizade Najafov, the representative of the State Committee for the Work with the Religious Affairs and Arif Farzaliyev, the Deputy Head of Jabrail Region Executive Power highlighted that reconstruction of Jojug Marjanli by the Order of the President Ilham Aliyev,  and return of the residents back to their native lands after 24 years is the start of the Great Return, that they believe that all internal refugees will return back to their native lands.

At the end of the meetings, the message of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court addressed to our compatriots living in the liberated lands of Jabrail region was presented.
