The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan always tries to build its activity in an open and transparent way for the public. The Constitutional Court constantly creates new opportunities for young and new generation lawyers to get acquainted with the activities of the Court and apply their knowledge in the implementation of constitutional justice.
As a continuation of this process, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan declares that any lawyer, including law students, who relies on his/her knowledge in the field of law, may submit his/her written opinions to the Court on inquiries and appeals accepted for the proceedings by the Plenum of Constitutional Court.
Please send the opinions on the inquiries and appeals accepted for the proceedings by the Plenum before the date of their examination specified in the section “Schedule of cases” on the official website of Constitutional Court. Electronic forms of inquiries and appeals accepted for the proceeding can be downloaded from the official website of the Court.
Signed opinions together with the mentioned information about the author (name, surname, copy of identity document, contact number, name of the institution where he/she works or studies, academic degree) can be sent to the e-mails of the following designated employees of the Department of Protocol and Public Relations.
The Subject section must indicate the subject and date of the request or appeal.
