On January 24, 2020 the
Chamber of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a
regular session.
At the session, following by
part VI of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and
Article 7.1 of the Law “On Constitutional Court”, was examined the request
filed by the Khatai District Court on interpretation of Articles 21 and 23 of
the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was decided to list the case for trial by the
Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of which is scheduled for February 12,
2020.
