Deputy Executive Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Igor Rogov stated these in his interview to Azertac. He underlined that the international conference on “Law-based State and constitutional justice: values and priorities” is of great importance. This event allows for the exchange of ideas, advanced technology and experience among the constitutional law authorities, and assist in activity of national institutions.
“Though now I do not work directly in public sector, but the issues of legal reform, construction of a legal system definitely remain in priority of activity of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well.
Speeches of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farhad Abdullayev and President of Venice Commission of Council of Europe Gianni Buquicchio, who highly appreciated the achievements made in Azerbaijan, made very positive impressions. Taking this opportunity, I would like to congratulate my Azerbaijani colleagues on the anniversary and convey my best wishes to them. Let our relations continue to expand,” said Igor Rogov.
Stating that he has a special feeling for Baku because he was born in this city, Igor Rogov noted: “I see how Baku is changing, blossoms and it is very pleasant for me. I have two homelands - Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.”
