On February 28 of this year, a delegation headed by
the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farhad
Abdullayev visited Tirana at the invitation of the President of the
Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania Holta Zaçaj to participate in a meeting of the chairmen of
constitutional justice bodies that are members of the Conference of European
Constitutional Courts.
The event discussed the date and theme of the XX
Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts, the presentation
of national reports, the invitation of observers to the Congress and other
practical issues.
During the visit, discussions on judicial and legal issues took place with the chairmen and judges of constitutional courts of a number of European countries.
