On April 13, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of
the Republic of Azerbaijan Farhad Abdullayev met with Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey Erkan Ozoral.
Chairman Farhad Abdullayev thanked the Ambassador for
the contribution made during the period of diplomatic activity in our country
to the development of strategic partnership and cooperation between friendly
and fraternal Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Noting the successful development of relations between
our countries in all directions, including in the legal sphere, F. Abdullayev
recalled the wise sayings of the great leader Heydar Aliyev "one nation,
two states," emphasized the exceptional role of the heads of state in
strengthening bilateral relations.
During the conversation, the Chairman of
Constitutional Court drew attention to the fact that our countries are always
close to each other, expressed satisfaction that the bright victory of our
valiant Army in the Patriotic War under the leadership of the Victorious
Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is
perceived by the Azerbaijani people and as the victory of the fraternal Turkish
people.
On behalf of the Constitutional Court of the Republic
of Azerbaijan, he once again expressed gratitude to the Constitutional Court of
the Republic of Turkey, as well as to all the fraternal Turkish people and the
highest state structures of Turkey for their moral support.
Thanking for the warm words, Ambassador Erkan Ozoral
drew attention to the fact that the Second Karabakh War showed the world
enduring unity of our countries. The dear guest noted that he will never forget
the glee of our people due to the fact that the Azerbaijani flag was hoisted on
the lands liberated from 30 years of occupation.
The Ambassador stressed that friendly and fraternal
relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey have the character of strategic
partnership.
At the end of the
meeting, Chairman Farhad Abdullayev wished Erkan Ozoral success in his future
activities, was taken a picture on the memory.
