At the session, following by part VI of Article 130 of the
Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 7.1 of the Law “On
Constitutional Court”, was examined the request filed by the Court of Appeal of
Sumgayit city on interpretation of Article 60 of the Constitution of the
Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was decided to list the case for trial by the Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of which is scheduled for October 22, 2020.
