Born on 17 February 1976 in Baku.

In 1993 graduated from secondary school No. 1 of Baku.

In 1998 graduated from Baku State University, Faculty of Law.

In February-November 1998 worked as a chief consultant in the International Relations Department of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

From 1998 to 2001, worked as a senior consultant in the Department of Foreign Relations and Translations of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

From 2001 to 2025, worked as a referent, senior consultant, chief consultant, head of sector in the Department for Work with Law Enforcement Agencies of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 22 June 2009, he was awarded the medal ‘For the Merits in Public Service’.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 23 June 2020, he was awarded the ‘Progress’ medal.

On 4 July 2025, on the proposal of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court by the decision of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Married, has two children.
