
Was
born on December 7, 1975 in Baku. In 1992 she graduated from high school No.
190 of Baku.
In 1997 she graduated from
Baku State University, Faculty of International Law and International Relations
(in presence) and Western University, Faculty of Social and Political Administration
(in absentia).
From 1997 to 2000, she worked as a public relations adviser for the UNDP «Gender in Development» Project.
From
2001 to 2021, she worked in the Administrative Office of the Constitutional
Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan as an assistant to deputy chairman, senior adviser
to deputy chairman, senior adviser of the Administrative Office, Deputy head of
the Department of International Law and International Relations, Head of the
Department of Criminal and Administrative Law.
By
Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of June 25, 2011 she was
awarded with the medal “For the Merits in Public Service”.
By
order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of July 10, 2018, No. 322
she was assigned the qualification grade State counselor of 3rd class.
On
February 1, 2021, on the proposal of the President of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, by a decision of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
she was appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court.
