In connection with the prevention of the spread of
coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the Constitutional Court, following the
relevant recommendations of the Emergency Operations Center of the Cabinet of
Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, temporarily applies the following
working regime:
1. Plenary sessions of Constitutional Court temporarily
shall be held in writing;
2. Reception of citizens (applicants) is temporarily
suspended;
3. By visiting the official website of Constitutional
Court citizens (applicants) can submit an application to the Court online on
the website of the www.constcourt.gov.az, as well as send applications and
complaints by mail.
