The Chamber of the Constitutional Court of the
Republic of Azerbaijan held a regular session.
At the session, following by part IV of Article 130 of
the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 7.1 of the Law “On
Constitutional Court”, was examined the inquiry of the Public Prosecutor's
Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan concerning interpretation of Articles 90.9
and 91.7 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
It was decided to
list the case for trial by the Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of
which is scheduled for July 19, 2019.
