The Chamber of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a regular session.
At the session, following by part V of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 7.1 of the Law “On Constitutional Court”, was examined the complaint filed by the citizen A. Mahmudova on the compliance of judicial acts with the laws and Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was decided to list
the case for trial by the Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of which
is scheduled for September 17.
