July 14 is the 21th anniversary of the establishment
of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Established by the
initiative of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, the Constitutional Court started
its activity on July 14, 1998.
In this regard, on July 12 judges of the
Constitutional Court and senior staff member, headed by the Chairman of the
Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev, honored the memory of Heydar Aliyev,
the national leader of our nation, the architect and founder of modern
independent Azerbaijan at the Alley of Honors.
The memory of the preeminent ophthalmologist,
academician Zarifa Aliyeva has also been honored and flowers were laid on the
grave.
