Article 153 of the Constitution, I hereby decree:
1. "The
Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan" On amendments to the
Referendum Act of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be submitted to the
Constitutional Court for review.
2. "The
Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan" On amendments to the draft
Referendum Act shall be published in the Republic of Azerbaijan (attached).
