On May 5, the Constitutional Court of
the Republic of Azerbaijan held a scientific-theoretical conference
"Modern problems of legal science: new trends to protect the rights and
freedoms in the Republic of Azerbaijan", dedicated to 93-th anniversary of
national leader Heydar Aliyev. The event was organized jointly with the Office
of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of
Azerbaijan (ANAS) and the Foundation for Knowledge of the President of the
Republic of Azerbaijan.
