On January 27, 2012 Mr. Farhad
Abdullayev, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the
Republic of Azerbaijan by invitation of the European Court
of Human Rights took part at the seminar dedicated to providing ensure
greater involvement of national courts in the European Convention on Human
Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
At the event with participation of chairmen and
judges of higher courts of European countries
were discussed the importance of using of provisions of the
European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms
and of practice of the European Court, as well as practical
issues of mutual cooperation of courts.
