Mr. Khanlar Hajiyev, Chairman of the Constitutional Court and Mr. Shahin Roustamov, Chief of the International Law Department attended the 9th International Judicial Conference which took place in Budapest, Hungary, on 24-27 May, 2001. The International Judicial Conference has been the annual Conference organized by the Center for Democracy (Washington, USA) and aimed at the strengthening of the judicial independence.
