On 4 May, 2001, Mr. Raouf Guliyev, Chief of International Relations and Generalization of Foreign Practice of Constitutional Control Department and Mr. Akif Humbatov, Chief of Logistics attended the 18th Meeting of the Sub-Commission on Constitutional Justice with the Liaison Officers from Constitutional Courts and other equivalent bodies which was held in Kosice, Slovakia. The issues of organization of seminars with Constitutional Courts, cooperation with the Association of Constitutional Courts using the French language, cooperation with Constitutional Courts in Southern Africa, cooperation with Universal Encyclopaedia of Human Rights, publication of the regular Bulletin, presentation of a new version of CODICES and others were discussed at the Meeting.
