A delegation of Azerbaijan’s Constitutional Court, led
by Chairman Farhad Abdullayev, paid a working visit to Batumi, Georgia.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held with
President of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Revaz Nadaraia and judges of
the Court.
Welcoming the Azerbaijani delegation, Revaz Nadaraia
shared his positive impressions of his visit to Azerbaijan in 2025 to
participate in an event marking the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the
Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Farhad Abdullayev expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and noted the
developing relations of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and
Georgia across various fields. He also emphasized the importance of the
existing ties between the two countries in further deepening cooperation in the
legal and judicial spheres.
The parties reviewed the development of
Azerbaijan–Georgia relations across various areas, emphasizing the importance
of reciprocal visits by the leaders of the two countries.
The Azerbaijani delegation also met with Chairman of
the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara Zurab Pataridze and
Chairman of the Supreme Council of Adjara Tsotne Ananidze.
During the meetings, the parties discussed the current
state of Azerbaijani–Georgian judicial and legal relations and opportunities
for enhancing cooperation in the legal and judicial fields.
The meetings were also attended by Azerbaijan’s Consul
General in Batumi Fuad Azizov.
