A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Constitutional Court and the Academy of Public Administration

On March 14, a seminar was held at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the topic "Innovative policy of public administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev: the path to sovereignty," organized jointly by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Constitutional Court.

Speaking at the opening of the event, Chairman of the Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullaev stressed that there have always been close partnerships between the Constitutional Court and higher educational institutions and scientific institutions. In this regard, the Constitutional Court pays great attention to increasing legal knowledge among young people, informing them about the values ​ ​ and principles enshrined in the Basic Law of the state.

Next, the rector of the Academy of Public Administration, academician Urkhan Alakbarov, made a detailed and informative presentation, noting that as a result of the effective public administration policy being pursued in the country, the Republic of Azerbaijan is developing dynamically and rapidly, joining the ranks of the most advanced countries in the world in terms of the level of development of the modern economy and society. The basis of these achievements is the new public administration policy implemented by the President of the country, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.

At the event, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Constitutional Court and the Academy of Public Administration.

In his closing speech, Farhad Abdullayev stated that the signed Memorandum will expand legal cooperation between the two structures. It was noted that the main goal of the Memorandum is to develop cooperation between the Constitutional Court and the Academy of Public Administration, to encourage teaching in the field of human rights.

At the end of the event, Academician Urkhan Alakbarov expressed gratitude to the Constitutional Court for its contribution to the development of bilateral relations.
