On
September 29, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Zühtü Arslan called to Chairman
of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farhad Abdullayev.
During
the telephone conversation, Zühtü
Arslan, condemning the latest military provocation of Armenia against
Azerbaijan, on behalf of the staff of the Constitutional Court of Turkey,
expressed sorrow at the murder of Azerbaijani soldiers by the Armenian occupiers,
as well as civilians, and expressed deep condolences to the Azerbaijani people,
he emphasized that Turkey is always close to the Azerbaijani people.
Chairman
Farhad Abdullayev, expressing gratitude to his Turkish colleague, expressed
confidence that the lands occupied by the armed forces of Armenia will soon be
liberated by the valiant Azerbaijani army under the leadership of the President
of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, armenian
separatists would be held responsible under international law for their crimes
against humanity, and the legal force of the Azerbaijani Constitution would be
restored in the liberated territories.
Chairman Zühtü Arslan
expressed confidence of the entire judiciary of the Constitutional Court of
Turkey that as a result of the joint efforts of President of the Republic of
Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Ilham Aliyev, justice in the region will prevail and the territorial integrity
of the fraternal country will be shortly restored.
