At the session, following by part VI of Article 130 of
the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 7.1 of the Law “On
Constitutional Court”, was examined the request filed by the Balaken District
Court on interpretation of Article 234.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic
of Azerbaijan.
It was decided to list the case for trial by the
Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of which is scheduled for July 29,
2020.
