At the session,
following by part VI of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of
Azerbaijan and Article 7.1 of the Law “On Constitutional Court”, by examining a
request of Kapaz District Court of Ganja city on interpretation of Article 320
of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was decided to schedule the
case for trial.
The session of the
Plenum of Constitutional Court on the examination of the merits of case with
the participation of the parties will take place on October 17, 2019.
