Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan Farhad Abdullayev has today met Serbian ambassador to Azerbaijan Nebojsa Rodic to discuss prospects for judicial cooperation.
Abdullayev highlighted the activities and experience of the Azerbaijan Constitutional Court, noting useful cooperation with a number of European constitutional supervisory bodies.
The Chairman also stressed the necessity of single judicial practice, noted the important the role of the Constitutional Court in support constitutional principles.
The Ambassador thanked for the invitation, emphasized the importance of developing cooperation between Azerbaijani and Serbian Constitutional Courts.
Nebojsa Rodic also touched upon the legal integration observed in Europe.
On behalf of the Chairman of the Serbian Constitutional Court, the diplomat invited Farhad Abdullayev to visit Belgrade.
