13th July of 2012 the staff of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the 14th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the Alley of Honor, where commemorated the National Leader of our people, the architect and founder of the modern independent state of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev to lay a wreath at his grave.
There was also commemorated the memory outstanding scientist and ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva laid flowers to her grave.
Speaking at the event the chairman of the Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullaev reminded that creation by the order of National Leader Heydar Aliyev on 14 July 1998, of the Constitutional Court is the most important event in our modern history and one of the invaluable service of the National Leader, a constitutional review and, along with this ensures the rule of law through its decisions, allowing a more efficient implementation of human rights and freedoms.
