In accordance with paragraph 10 of part I of Article
95 and part II of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, upon the proposal of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
To appoint Humay Elchin gizi Afandiyeva as a judge of
the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
