At the session, following by part IV of Article 130 of
the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 7.1 of the Law “On
Constitutional Court”, was examined the inquiry of the General Prosecutor's
Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan concerning interpretation of Article 332.2
of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was decided to
list the case for trial by the Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of
which is scheduled for October 30, 2020.
