At the session, following by
part VI of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and
Article 7.1 of the Law “On Constitutional Court”, was examined the request
filed by the Court of Appeal of Baku city on interpretation of a number of
articles of Civil Code, Tax Code, Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On
Hypothec” and “On Execution”.
It was decided to list the case for trial by the Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of which is scheduled for June 25, 2020.
