2015-12-14 Azerbaijan`s Constitutional Court, Turkish Court of Jurisdictional Disputes sign protocol on cooperation

A protocol of cooperation intents has been signed between Azerbaijan`s Constitutional Court and Turkish Court of the Jurisdictional Disputes. Chairman of the Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev and President of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes of Turkey Sardar Ozguldur signed the protocol.

Farhad Abdullayev described signing the protocol as another indicator of friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries. The Chairman recalled “one nation two state” word by national leader Heydar Aliyev and applauded fraternal bonds of Azerbaijan and Turkey. Mr. Abdullayev praised cooperation between the two countries in the field of law-court. “Azerbaijani and Turkish Courts successfully cooperate within the international organizations.” The chairman added.

He also expressed assurance that the protocol would play an important role in boosting cooperation between the courts of both countries. On services of national leader Heydar Aliyev in development of bonds between Azerbaijan and Turkey, the Chairman highlighted steadily developing ties of both countries.

Sardar Ozguldur, in turn, highlighted the activity of the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes of Turkey and stressed assurance that the protocol would contribute to deepening cooperation, as well as development of ties between the two countries in the field of law-court.
