On December 1-2, 2015 the international
scientific practical conference was held on the theme of "European law and
the national legislation: the formation of the bilateral relations and the
development prospects at the Baku State University (BSU). The conference was
dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the
Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, the 70th anniversary of
establishment of the United Nations and UNESCO"s, the 65th anniversary of
the adoption of the European Convention.. The rector of BSU Abel Maharramov
spoke about the activities of the university at the conference which was
attended by scientists and experts from BSU and the representatives of
Azerbaijan, Germany, Ukraine, Georgia and other countries.
